I live in a log cabin style house. My roof has always been cedar shakes. I have gone through 3 roofs. In time they all get mossy And start to deteriorate. I 've always wanted a metal roof. I had seen Pro Roofing trucks in the area so I decided to call them. A representative came by. He was friendly & informative. I was amazed at all the colors and styles. I picked a color. He gave me a quote I felt was fair. He gave me a date of installation, The roof was on in no time at all. The crew was professional and to my complete satisfaction, very happy. A job well done.

Moved into a house in Bellevue area that had the original roof which was in dire need of replacement. The entire team was great to deal with from Alex (owner), Leslie (office manager) to Jesse (sales). We have had the pleasure of working with Pro Roofing on many client projects. We recently had our roof replaced on our home from very worn out cedar shake to magnificent composition. We knew we were in good hands because of our long-standing relationship with Pro Roofing. We could not be more pleased with the whole process. They worked efficiently and communicated with us daily, all with respect and a happy attitude. Tear off was fun to watch and the yard was cleaned very well the day they finished tear off and began to install. I had asked that they address some water run-off areas, that had caused a very loud dripping sound outside our guest bedroom, for 22 years, and they said, "no problem" It is fixed, and we are happy. There was a minor accident to a gutter, during tear off, which was replaced promptly. We had some questions about our opening skylights, that seemed not to be closing tightly, or that is what we thought. The crew boss came out the next day to address our questions. We climbed up into the skylight so we could see with our own eyes what was happening, while he was on the roof. All was perfect with Pro Roofing's install. By the way, peeking out you skylight is a great view of your new roof. With the very helpful Pro Roofing staff, we all determined that the seals of the skylights were broken and needed to be repaired. We so appreciate the extra time they took with us to help us figure out what needed to be done. We wanted to say here, Thank you to all at Pro Roofing for your outstanding customer service, quality work and materials, and your helpful, happy spirits. ProRoofing put a new roof on my house. They actually finished the job sooner than they said that they would. The workers were very awesome--polite, friendly and they made sure to clean up after themselves. The pricing was right in the range of the bids. They definitely weren't the highest bid I received. It was expensive and more than I wanted to pay for it, but it seemed fair for the job that they did for me. Overall I had a really good experience with ProRoofing, and I haven't had any issues with my roof since I hired them.

We had our whole roof replaced. Pro Roofing NW took care of us every step of the way. The pricing was competitive and the customer service was responsive, friendly, and thorough. When it came to construction they were punctual and polite. The roof was replaced quickly, but with quality and we appreciated that since we are stuck working from home with two children and a puppy. I was having difficulty finding a good outfit to come to look at a cracked skylight at our house. I found Alex and Pro Roofing's project manager, John. John was out in no time to take a look and the next day we had a replacement at a great price. Great to work with, and no issues with the repair. We'll look to them when we need the roof replaced.

I was fortunate enough to plan ahead to have my 27-year-old roof replaced. I chose Pro, as they only do Re-roof work. In my view, new construction work has cost corners cut. Well, the nails, underlayment, flashing replacement, and new flashing was it should have been, is awesome. Add to it the cleanup, nails/Staples, debris was terrific. The cost was very competitive, and worth every penny. It's a 30-year investment, pick the best! Thanks to the crew and Rob Paul.

I was really happy with the work that the guys over at ProRoofing did for me recently. They communicated very well and always let us know when they would be coming as well as keeping us updated with how the process was going. When all was said and done they cleaned up very well after themselves which we really appreciated. The end result was great and I am very happy we chose to go with these guys.

Pro Roofing NW INC. is really good. The people were great to work with and took time to explain everything. Micah came out and was really nice to talk to. Also, they cleaned up after themselves. When they did the skylights, I wasn't sure how they were going to do it, but they completely explained the process to me and even let me know to put down tarps to catch debris, so my floors wouldn't be hurt and to keep them clean. Also, they worked very quickly. I think they did 5 houses in our neighborhood, and everyone was very happy and impressed with the work they did. And it's a really good roof, we've been through several wicked storms with no damage. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody.

What we really liked about the guys who came to do some work on our roof for us from ProRoofing was that they were very professional. I went to Pro Roofing to have the roof on my house re-done. I thought that their price was good, it was better or at least on par with the various prices of their competitors. I liked their timeliness, in particular, they arrived on time and always let me know when they were running late. We didn't expect Pro Roofing to get around to us until we returned. The roof looks great, and the neighbors said it was done in just one day. Pro Roofing was professional from beginning to end. John climbed on the roof to inspect the old roof, walked around the house looking at the gutters. Then he checked the garage. He found a leak in the garage that we had yet not noticed. ProRoofing came out to the house I was selling and replaced some boards that were tore-up from the satellite dish, and they really did a great job. They were really nice, professional, and they cleaned up afterward as well. They were prompt and worked very efficiently, so they did not need an extension - I definitely appreciated that. They offer top-quality work at a competitive price which makes it a great value and extremely fair. Overall, absolutely 5 stars and I highly recommend them!

We used the services of ProRoofing to replace our old cedar shake roof. We got the Presidential Asphalt Shingles in beautiful autumn brown. They really did a great job on the roof. The way they handled the pre and post around the job sight every night was great. It has been an absolutely excellent experience working with ProRoofing! We needed to get our roof replaced and am very satisfied with the hard work and time that they put into making it happen. Obviously, replacing a roof is a weather-related business and dependent on how the day is, so we had to wait a bit until the weather cleared up. However, the crew from ProRoofing actually worked through bad weather and finished the job very well. They kept us informed the whole time they were working and made sure to clean up after themselves when they were done. I think for prices, they offered the best value out of all the bids we had. Overall, we are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again!

I liked them because hey did it within my budget and they cleaned it up and they are also great people to talk to, both the salesmen and the crew are very nice. We were ready for a new roof, so we called ProRoofing. They removed our wooden roof and replaced it with a composite roof, and they also exchanged a few gutters and some skylights for us. They were very professional and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process, and their communication skills were excellent. There was one small issue when they accidentally cracked one of our windows, but they were quick to respond, and they fixed it right away. We had no problems with the workers themselves; they were very courteous and professional in our home. We have a dog who barks at everything, and they were very good with our dog. They cleaned up after themselves, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our roof looks beautiful, and I would recommend them to my friends and family. We hope to use them again in the future.

I had some roofing work done with ProRoofing, and it went really well. They were on time, we had scheduled our work during a fairly busy time in the summer, but they came when they said they would. They did the job quickly, and they did it well. They were very clean and were always checking in with us, letting us know what was going on, what they were doing, and how they were addressing this or that. I had a couple of concerns that they followed up on. The price was very good for the quality. I'd say the cost vs. benefit was good, and I did shop around.

Best Experience I've Had with a Subcontractor! I had cedar shake roof that was compromised, and I knew that it had to be removed and that I would need to have plywood sub roofing put on. I contacted four contractors and I got bids from all of them. I was looking not for the lowest bid, but for a company that knew what they were doing and would do the best job at a reasonable price. ProRoofing was the company that I was impressed with the most. I went to their business later and I took my wife and we selected the roofing materials I talked to the owner while I was there. They began the job on the day that they said they would. The crew couldn't have been nicer. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning up every day. They also cleaned up the whole place aftewards, even vacuuming the carpet. From the owners to the laborers that were doing the job, it was the best experience I've ever had with a subcontractor!

ProRoofing replaced my roof and they seem like they did a good job, there are no leaks. They showed up on time and were very professional. I got quotes from about six or seven different companies, which were all over the place and I just had the most confidence in ProRoofing to get the job done at a good price point. They did what they were supposed to do and everything seems good from what I can tell.

ProRoofing was very competitively priced relative to other quotes, and the estimate matched their final price. They removed a cedar shake roof and put a new composite roof on. The staff was professional, including the salesperson/estimator who came out to the house. The roofers and everyone we dealt with did a careful job. It seemed like it took them about three and a half days to do the job; it was a pretty good sized job, and they cleaned up very carefully. I would use ProRoofing again but, hopefully, I won't need another roof.

Went above and beyond, and our roof is beautiful! ProRoofing was referred to us by our neighbor who had had a good experience. They came and put the roof on, and only had to stop once when it started to rain. They completely tarped up their work and returned when the weather cleared. They cleaned up after themselves and when there was an issue with the gutter unrelated to their work, they were all too happy to take care of it for us. We were so happy we passed the word on to our neighbor across the street who has hired them recently.

Great value for what I received! Impeccable professionalism! Definitely a five-star company! I was incredibly impressed with ProRoofing, especially the person who came out and spoke to me initially about the roof. So many other companies told me that they wouldn't be able to complete the job in one day, but ProRoofing assured me they could and would. I got three estimates and ProRoofing was right in the middle of the three. They had a system for working on the roof to get it done efficiently. Then, later on, after they had completed the job I took a look around and couldn't even tell they had been there. They didn't leave a speck of debris anywhere. All my landscaping was intact and the entire area was clean. I was greatly impressed by the professionalism of the workers. The roof looks great and now I feel safe from the elements this winter. There are 3 things in particular that I liked about ProRoofing: 1. They were very professional and they showed up when they committed to showing up. They cleaned up after they were done. 2. The work was excellent, outstanding. 3. The price was also outstanding. There were no hidden charges or extra fees, etc. All around, it was the best value for the dollar.

I could not be happier with my first experience using ProRoofing. They were awesome! I had them come out to my home to replace the entire roof and install all new gutters. The technicians were amazing! Considering their timeliness, the manner in which they did the work and the quality of workmanship I could not possibly have been happier with any other company. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. It was certainly worth the value for which I paid. If anything ever occurred in the future that required me to call on them again, I certainly would do so. I would also recommend them to my neighbors or anyone else who was in need of a good roofing company.

I live in log cabin style house. My roof has always been cedar shakes. I have gone thru 3 roofs. In time they all get mossy And start to deterate. I've always wanted a metal roof. I had seen Pro Roofing trucks in the area so I decided to call them. A representative came by. He was friendly & informative. I was amazed at all the colors and styles. I picked a color. He gave me a quote I felt was fair. He gave me a date of installation, The roof was on in no time at all. The crew was professional and to my complete satisfaction, very happy. A job well done.

The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. They also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!

We were preparing to go with a different company after a door-to-door salesperson came by with a bid. After some consideration, we decided we should take another bid - just to be sure. We looked at ratings and found Pro Roofing at the top of the rated businesses. They came to the house, gave a wonderful presentation, offered more options and came in with a bid that was about 50% of the initial company's estimate. They were able to replace the roof in a timely manner and did an incredible job. They were very professional from start to clean-up. Our cedar roof is amazing. One neighbor told us that he loves coming down the street and seeing our gorgeous roof. Thank goodness we were able to work with these amazing people.

Pro Roofing recently replaced our roof with a new shingle roof and we were delighted with the result. Eddie, the project manager kept us updated throughout and the four man team, led by Dubal, were hard working, efficient and a pleasure to have around and they did a great job cleaning up. A couple of days after they finished an inspector came from Pro Roofing and inspected the whole job, going on the roof to make sure everything was in order and combing through the shrubbery to make sure the crew had cleaned up. He explained that if anything was amiss they would send someone back to fix it. Good job Pro Roofing!

They were wonderful! I was very pleased with the whole experience with ProRoofing. I had a hole in my ceiling and it was in a part we don't use very much. When it rained my son noticed it and that's when we decided to call ProRoofing. The owner sent someone with a tarp before giving a quote. They didn't charge me for the tarp or for sending someone over. When they fixed the damage, it was fast, easy and thorough. Thank you ProRoofing!

It was a real pleasure dealing with the guys over at Pro Roofing recently. From top to bottom they are just a very professional organization that treats their customers well. The salesperson who helped me was great and did a very good job of informing me of what my options were. When the installers showed up, they were right on time, and they got right to work with no dilly dally. They did the job reasonably quickly and with no sacrifice to the quality of their work. I gave them high marks for what I usually do, but they did a great job and earned every one of those stars.

The experience was exceptionally excellent starting from the time of getting the quote, to setting schedule and to the time I met the lead foreman installing the roof. All interactions were upfront, straight forward and clear. Costs and expectations were clearly stated upfront. The roof is beautiful and I have excellent confidence in the workmanship. the team of workers were such great hardworking, it was so nice to see efficient teamwork and confidence, indicating, they knew exactly what they were doing and were confident about. For example, once they arrived onsite and saw the house, they told me upfront on arrival, that they would finish the roof on the same day, and they did. They were thorough in checking the plywood and removing any debris. I write this evaluation and give the highest rating possible, with the hope that anyone wanting to replace roof can have the same experience.

ProRoofing helped us with a large re-roofing project. Their crew started early each day and finished late each night. The project was finished quickly, in about four and a half days. They were one of the lower bidders in terms of price, the job was professionally done, and they cleaned well after. The gutters and roof look better than when they started. I would recommend them.

ProRoofing replaced my roof with a standing seam metal roof, and it looks beautiful. We've used them in the past for commercial use but this was the first time we used them for our own home, and we're happy with the results. I am very, very happy with ProRoofing! This job was priced perfectly! The estimated days for putting on the roof was also quoted perfectly! When the roofers ran into an issue that needed to be fixed/repaired they let us know immediately and then they made the necessary repairs quickly! We found this business by searching online and reading the reviews and because they were a local company we decided to go with them without getting any other quotes! We were not disappointed at all, the roof looks terrific and we are extremely pleased and highly recommend them!

We have had a great experience with Pro Roofing throughout the entire process of replacing the roof on our house. Starting with the initial bid, which was competitive compared to other bids from well-known companies in the region. We went ahead with Pro Roofing based on recommendations from coworkers. The company representative was very helpful in providing all the necessary information and promptly answered any questions, even at the evening time or on weekends. We had a pretty bad leak in our old roof and as soon as we accepted the offer they came and covered the leak to avoid further damage until the work started. The work started in about one week after the offer was accepted. The crew was very efficient and they completed the work in 3 days. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and at the end of the work. The quality of the work as far as I can see is great. When we compare our new roof with the roofs of our neighbors we see that our roof looks much better. The crew also fixed a misaligned gutter. Overall we are very satisfied with our new roof and with the experience of working with Pro Roofing.

It was amazing to me because the first guy kept saying he was bending over backward on pricing for us, but these guys came in and beat them by a couple of hundred dollars. When they came to do the work they were very courteous. They came when they said they would, left when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished working. They just really treated my home and me with respect, and on top of that, they did a really great job. Had new roof installed 3 years ago by ProRoofing and the heavy duty Certainteed shingles still look like new. Micah was easy to work with, and the bid was very competitive. Quality of work is very good, and the install started and finish quickly despite rainy November in the Pacific Northwest. Post-job walkthrough was professionally conducted, and loose ends were immediately taken care of. Couldn't be happier. Called them up again last month for a new gutter system and again they come in with a very competitive bid. It was a no-brainer with a past positive experience so had that done too. Professionalism, competence, consistency, customer-first mantra are what comes to mind whenever I see a ProRoofing truck in the neighborhood. 2 thumbs up and highly recommended.
